Sassys endeavours to provide you with a quality service and product. If something is not right, then please let us know.
We are happy to exchange or refund any items purchased from us provided that:
• you have notified Sassys by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, within 3 days of the date you received them that you intend to exchange/return the items. This allows us to keep an accurate record of our stock and gives us time to arrange an exchange (if possible);
• we receive the items back within 10 days of the date you received them; and
- • the items are in original condition, unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached.
- • the item has not been purchased at SALE
price. Items purchased in our sale will not be accepted back for a refund
unless they have a manufacturers fault.

We cannot (and do not) accept responsibility for items lost in return and recommend that you return items to us by trackable post or courier method.
If your items are returned in accordance with the above conditions, we will refund the price you paid for the garments (excluding shipping costs) to the credit card used to purchase the item(s), or if possible, and if requested by you, exchange the item(s). If we do not accept your return we will be in touch with you to let you know your options.
