Return Policy

Sassys endeavours to provide you with a quality service and product.
If something is not right, then please let us know.


Refunds

We are happy to refund any item purchased from us provided that:
• you have notified Sassys by email to eretail@sassys.co.nz, within 3 days of the date of receipt that you intend to return the item/s.
• we receive the item/s back within 10 days of the date you received them; and
• the items are in original condition, unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached.
• the item/s have NOT been purchased while on SALE or a DISCOUNTED PRICE.

Items purchased in our SALE or at a Discounted price will not be accepted back for a refund unless they have a manufacturers fault.

  • Please include the original invoice that was included with your shipment and send the items to the store noted on the Returns Paperwork.

We cannot (and do not) accept responsibility for items lost in return and recommend that you return items to us by trackable post or courier method.
If your items are returned in accordance with the above conditions, we will refund the price you paid for the garments (excluding shipping costs) to the credit card used to purchase the item. If we do not accept your return we will be in touch with you to let you know your options.

Exchanges
We cannot arrange an exchange of an item for you, you can however place a new order on our Website.
Once your previous item has been returned and meets our Returns Policy a refund will be processed.  

This policy should be read in conjunction with the Sassys’ terms and privacy policy.
Your rights under this policy are additional to your rights under the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993.
